    3.    		 Promotional period is from 1 March 2024 to 30 June 2024.
    Promotion is only applicable to a New client of Lim & Tan Securities Pte Ltd (LTS). All Existing clients opening another New trading account are not eligible for this Promotion as New client.
    To qualify for the Promotion, New clients must fulfil the following qualifying criteria below to receive the Cash rebate:
    a) Open an eligible trading account(s) within the promotional period:
    i. Eligible Online trading account - Cash, CFD-SGX and Share Margin Financing (Lower Brokerage option)
    ii. Eligible Advisory trading account - Cash and Share Margin Financing (Lower Brokerage option)
    b) Eligible Markets - Singapore Exchange, US, Bursa, Hong Kong, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and CFD-SGX
    • NOT eligible for this Promotion: US ATP and HK ATP trades
    c) Kindly refer to the required number of trades within 1-3 months from the commencement date of the first account being opened below. Each Trade* is subject to the relevant minimum brokerage fees.
    i. S$100 Cash rebate: Complete 3 Trades* within 3 months
    ii. S$200 Cash rebate: Complete 3 Trades* within 1 month
    iii. S$800 Cash rebate: Complete 30 Trades* within 3 months

    Complete 30 trades within 3 months account opening to be eligible for S$800 Cash Rebate. The actual Cash Rebate awarded will be S$800 less any Cash Rebate awarded under Points (3ci) or (3cii) above.

    *    		 Contracts from separate eligible trading accounts can be combined together to qualify for this Promotion. New client will be awarded once only.
    Qualified Cash rebate will be credited into client's trust account by the end of the following month given that the New client has fulfilled all the criteria under Point (3) above.
    Promotion is only applicable for New clients of LTS who have never received any Online Account Opening Promotion from LTS before.
    Points awarding and redemption of limtan Reward Points or Linkpoints is only applicable for self-executed Online trades.
    All Terms and Conditions pertaining to Account Application shall apply.
    LTS reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    By participating in this Promotion, you have agreed to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
    LTS' decision on any and all matters relating to or arising from this Promotion (including the eligibility of a client to participate in this Promotion) is absolute and final. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Terms and Conditions on this website and those in any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, the Terms and Conditions on this site shall prevail.
    A trade refers to a completed contract, subject to a minimum brokerage fee of:

    CFD-SGX Market S$18
    All SGX, Bursa, HK, SH-HK and CFD-SGX buy orders of the same stock fulfilled on the same day in the same account will be amalgamated into one contract. The same applies to all SGX, Bursa, HK, SH-HK and CFD-SGX sales orders of the same stock fulfilled on the same day. For US Markets, there is no amalgamation of orders. Each fulfilled US order will be treated as an individual contract and brokerage will be charged accordingly for each of the contracts. The same applies for US sell orders.
